Worship at our Lancashire Collaborative Ministry chapels (Chorley, Padiham, Rawtenstall) includes times for prayer and reflection, singing, a spoken address - often times putting a faith perspectives on current affairs and of course tea & biscuits at the end!
We invite people of all faiths to bring readings, songs and other materials from their own traditions and share them in a welcoming and inclusive space.
Our interfaith services so far have included Hindus, Quakers, Jews, Muslims, Catholics, Anglicans, and of course Unitarians. The services are followed by a shared meal, which gives participants the opportunity to deepen connections and build friendships.
New members are encouraged to get involved in all these activities, as well as representing our Chapel at the Annual General Assembly Meetings, where they will meet Unitarians from all over the United Kingdom.
